The club has secured playing times on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from the college in May and June. Annual memberships are valid until the end of May.
We host casual badminton at the College of the Rockies gym on most Sundays from 4 to 7pm and some weekday evenings (when we can get them).
The main objective is to have fun and everyone is welcome to join us. You do need to wear non-marking indoor court shoes, but rackets and birdies are available.
Annual memberships (June 1 to May 31) include Badminton BC insurance:
$125 for adults
$80 for youth under 19
Drop-in fees:
$10 each time.
Optional one time fee of $15 for Badminton BC insurance.
KidSport Cranbrook provides grants to cover the cost of registration fees so that all kids aged 18 and under in Cranbrook can play a season of sport.
A youth that qualifies for a KidSport grant can also receive a bursary of $100 from the club to cover cost of gear such as shoes.
